NETUREI KARTA

The pedestrian who was run over and killed R”L by the tractor terrorist a few short hours ago has been identified as an avreich, Rav Avrohom Wallis HY”D, 29, a member of the Toldos Aaron Kehilla. He was a mashgiach for Asra Kadisha at the construction site.
The niftar was born and raised in Yerushalayim. His father, Rav Shimon Wallis, is a shochet and mashgiach for the Badatz Eida Chareidis. The niftar worked in the Wallis tzitzis factory run by an uncle.
The niftar is survived by his rebitzen and six children. The levaya will leave the Toldos Aaron Beis Medrash tonight, Tisha B’Av, at 22:00.
Boruch Dayan Ha’Emmes…

WHEN THE ARABS KILL THEY DO NOT  CARE IF IT IS A NETUREI KARTA OR NOT.

I AM WAITING FOR THE TIME IN THE MIDDLE OF A DEMONSTRATION THEY WILL TURN AROUND AND KILL ONE OR TWO OF THE NETUREI KARTA WHO STAND WITH THEM.

AND THE NETUREI KARTA WILL SAY IT IS THE FAULT OF THE ZIONISTS AND THE WORLD WILL SAY THEY ARE RIGHT ! ! !

IN THE LAST WAR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW A"H WAS HIDDEN IN HOLLAND FOR TWO AND HALF YEARS BY GOYIM ON A FARM.
TO MY WEDDING SHE HAD INVITE THIS GOYE AS SHE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH HER AFTER THE WAR AND SHE BROUGHT A PRESENT WHEN MY WIFE WAS BORN.
THANK G=D SHE WAS MARRYING OF HER DAUGHTER SHE INVITED HER.
AT THE WEDDING MY WIFE INTRODUCED HER TO ME ( at that time I did not speak dutch yet ) SHE SAID SOMETHING TO MY WIFE I DID NOT UNDERSTAND.                                            I ASKED MY WIFE WHAT DID SHE SAY.
MY WIFE SAID THAT SHE SAID I RISKED MY LIFE TO SAVE YOUR MOTHER A"H                        I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT TO-DAY.
WHEN WILL THESE STUPID JEWS LEARN A GOY IS A GOY.
AND A ZIONIST IS A YID.

My Outline for a Solution in Gaza, Clear and concise, the steps towards achieving quiet in Gaza.

Ultimatum – One warning from the Prime Minister of Israel to the enemy population, in which he announces that Israel is about to attack military targets in their area and urges those who are not involved and do not wish to be harmed to leave immediately. Sinai is not far from Gaza and they can leave. This will be the limit of Israel’s humanitarian efforts. Hamas may unconditionally surrender and prevent the attack.

Attack – Attack the entire ‘target bank’ throughout Gaza with the IDF’s maximum force (and not a tiny fraction of it) with all the conventional means at its disposal. All the military and infrastructural targets will be attacked with no consideration for ‘human shields’ or ‘environmental damage’. It is enough that we are hitting exact targets and that we gave them advance warning.

Siege – Parallel to the above, a total siege on Gaza. Nothing will enter the area. Israel, however, will allow exit from Gaza. (Civilians may go to Sinai, fighters may surrender to IDF forces).

Defense – Any place from which Israel or Israel’s forces were attacked will be immediately attacked with full force and no consideration for ‘human shields’ or ‘environmental damage’.
Conquer – After the IDF completes the "softening" of the targets with its fire-power, the IDF will conquer the entire Gaza, using all the means necessary to minimize any harm to our soldiers, with no other considerations.

Elimination- The GSS and IDF will thoroughly eliminate all armed enemies from Gaza. The enemy population that is innocent of wrong-doing and separated itself from the armed terrorists will be treated in accordance with international law and will be allowed to leave. Israel will generously aid those who wish to leave.

Sovereignty – Gaza is part of our Land and we will remain there forever. Liberation of parts of our land forever is the only thing that justifies endangering our soldiers in battle to capture land. Subsequent to the elimination of terror from Gaza, it will become part of sovereign Israel and will be populated by Jews. This will also serve to ease the housing crisis in Israel. The coastal train line will be extended, as soon as possible, to reach the entire length of Gaza.

According to polls, most of the Arabs in Gaza wish to leave. Those who were not involved in anti-Israel activity will be offered a generous international emigration package. Those who choose to remain will receive permanent resident status. After a number of years of living in Israel and becoming accustomed to it, contingent on appropriate legislation in the Knesset and the authorization of the Minister of Interior, those who personally accept upon themselves Israel’s rule, substance and way of life of the Jewish State in its Land, will be offered Israeli citizenship.

NUMBER ONE THE JEWS WERE IN GAZA THEY GAVE IT TO THE ARABS
IT WAS POPULATED BY JEWS THE GOVERNMENT OF ISRAEL TOOK THE JEWISH POPULATION OUT
THEY DO NOT WANT ISRAELI CITIZENSHIP AND ISRAEL DOES WANT TO GIVE TO THEM THAT IS THE REASON THEY LEFT GAZA

When Israel retreated from Gaza, it turned that strip of land into the southern arm of the Arab Islamic octopus that seeks our complete destruction. It is the arm of the octopus on the threshold of Ashkelon and Tel Aviv. Anything less than decisive victory in Gaza will bring upon us a much more difficult battle against all the other arms of the octopus.

The point of this operation should have been to return to our land, and also to Gaza, the part of Eretz Yisrael that we ran away from. (Gaza) continues to pursue us, and will continue to pursue us until we come to realise, ‘Yes, this is our land, and YES! (We must) re-conquer Gaza.’ We have to go back to Gaza because it is our land, because it is the right thing to do.

Mr Lock, what you wrote is a load of thoughtless, senseless gibberish, coming from someone who is clearly uneducated, ill-informed and ignorant of current affairs and Israeli politics. Yet you have the audacity to write pieces on topics you are ill-informed about - what comes out is a lot of dribble.

EDUCATION, EDUCATION, EDUCATION

Gaby, there were Jews in the Diaspora who wished to forget about Eretz Yisrael,– to stop feeling like foreigners, and assimilate into their societies. But the Gentiles did not let them forget the Land of Israel. “Jews to Palestine” they shouted at them. Many Jews believed that if they could just forget about their connection to Eretz Yisrael, everything would be fine; after that, they would be accepted among the nations, and be able to influence them with their Jewish values. The Reform movement even erased Eretz Yisrael, and Yerusoloyim from their siddurim.

In the end, there was the Holocaust, or at best, Communist decrees, and it was no longer possible to immigrate to Israel. Because Eretz Yisrael, is not the problem, it is the solution.

If the government continues to ignore the vision of yishuv ha’oretz, we cannot win the war. For the Arabs know that the key issue concerns the sovereignty over the land, and as long as they remain steadfast and their claims receive international attention – they win. Even if we kill thousands of their soldiers and citizens and destroy thousands of their houses, specifically on account of that, they will receive more funding to build their military strength.

And thus, we will have to go from one military operation to the next, to bend, twist, and confront international pressures – because the Arabs will always have demands, and there will always be more terrorists to violate the peace.

The only way to win is by returning to the mitzvos of yishuv ha’oretz. If as a result of the war in Gaza the government comes to the realization that further talk about withdrawal from Judea and Samaria is forbidden and must expand the Jewish settlements, this war can then be depicted as somewhat of a victory.

If the enemy knew that as a result of the war the government would decide to build tens of thousands of homes in the settlements of Judea and Samaria, they would realize they have lost.

If they heard that the Israeli government intends to liberate Gaza, to rebuild the destroyed communities, to encourage the emigration of refugees and enemies of Israel, their dream of victory over Israel would fade, international pressure would gradually diminish, and the swamp of terror would eventually dry up.

Settling Eretz Yisrael, is the solution, and in the building of Eretz Yisrael we will find comfort.

Gaby, the Vilna Gaon and his disciples began speaking about the importance of immigration to Israel and rebuilding the Land, but their words did not attract enough followers – the yishuv in Eretz Yisrael was meager and poor. Even a generation later, when the gaonim Rabbi Kalisher and Rabbi Guttmacher aroused the public to immigrate to Israel and build it, only a few heeded their call, because the leadership and the people thought it was too difficult to immigrate to Israel and survive there. And in Europe, hardships and persecution increased on the one hand, and assimilation on the other.

Because the Land of Israel is not the problem, it’s the solution.

We were not worthy of having multitudes of Jews immigrate to the Land of Israel motivated by a desire to fulfill the mitzvah from the Torah and the vision of Redemption, and anti-Semitism greatly increased. And thus the Zionist movement was founded as rescue movement for the persecuted Jewish people.

From the onset, it was clear that the place of refuge for the Jewish people would be in the biblical Land of Israel, including the eastern side of Jordan. With the grace of God, the nations of the world also recognized this at the time of the Balfour Declaration and the decision of the League of Nations.

However, when the Zionist leadership saw that the claim to Eretz Yisrael initiated problems and required struggles with the Arabs and the British, it was decided to solve the “problem” of Eretz Yisrael by conceding the eastern part in exchange for a promise to settle the western side of the Jordan and the transfer of the Arab population to the eastern side.

And wonder of wonders – conceding the eastern side of the Jordan did not solve the problem. The pressures and rioting in opposition to the Jewish settlement increased, and instead of the Arabs moving to the eastern side of the Jordan, masses flocked the western side to enjoy the fruits of Jewish settlement. The problem gradually intensified and the British restricted Jewish immigration and allotted parts of our holy Land to the Arabs – as well as land purchased by Jews.

Because Eretz Yisrael is not the problem, but the solution; therefore, conceding the eastern side of the Jordan only exacerbated the problem.

Gaby, certain morally-conscientious people throughout the world argue against the State of Israel: “You are robbers, for you have forcefully conquered the Arab’s land” (in which they never had a state).

There are also morally-sensitive Jews who argue “occupation corrupts”. They believe that if not for this messianic affinity to Judea and Samaria all wars would cease, the world would consider us enlightened, and Israel would be the exemplary society they dreamed of establishing. For that to happen, first we need to get rid of the “problem” of the “territories” (a derogatory name for Eretz Yisrael).

In actual fact, the Arabs were granted broad autonomy in Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza Strip, but instead of peace – hatred and terrorism towards us increased tremendously, anti-Semitism spread throughout the world, and international pressure against Israel intensified.

If we are worthy – we settle the Land for the sake of the mitzvah. If not – we are forced to conduct repeated wars, and only through suffering are we privileged to slightly expand Jewish settlement.

Mr Lock, what do you say to a person who lives in Israel, but thinks he’s in golus ?

This is similar to a person who gets up in the middle of the night and claims the sun is shining…but it’s even worse, because it demonstrates an appalling thanklessness towards G-d, who mercifully returned us to our Land. In Sefer Tehillim, it is written: “Save us, O L-rd our God, and gather us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name, and to triumph in your praise” (Psalms 106:47), and now when God has begun to gather us – we shouldn’t thank Him?

A person who claims we are in golus is similar to someone who gets married, has children, but cries about still being single!

True, our present situation is far from perfect. The Holy Temple is destroyed; Torah students are divided and at odds, lacking the Sanhedrin and prophecy. The majority of the nation in Israel and in the Diaspora is not religiously observant, and this is reflected in the state of affairs of the Knesset, the government, and the courts. However, this situation cannot be corrected by hurling insults towards Heaven, such as ‘we are in golus’.

Mr Lock, with due respect, what you state is not facts at all, but incorrect - you seem to ignore many sources noted above and disregard it to give your opinions and views as being factual or Torah-based. Very sad. Many Geodolim would oppose what you are saying.

Your claim is also groundless. Concerning Israel, the land we live in, the Torah says: “It is therefore a land constantly under G-d your L-rd’s scrutiny; the eyes of G-d your L-rd are on it at all times, from the beginning of the year until the end of the year” (Deuteronomy 11:12). Is it possible that when Jews lived in the land under the rule of the wicked King Ahab, or under the rule of the evil King Herod, they were not considered as having fulfilled the mitzvah of yishuv ha’aretz?! Did the Prophets and Sages not warn them at the time that if they continued sinning, they would be punished by being exiled from the land?!

It is a mitzvah to live in this land even when it is governed by Gentile idol worshippers, as our Sages said: “One should always live in the Land of Israel, even in a town most of whose inhabitants are idolaters, but let no one live outside the Land, even in a town most of whose inhabitants are Israelites; for whoever lives in the Land of Israel may be considered to have a God, but whoever lives outside the Land may be regarded as one who has no God” (Kesubos 110b). The Sages said this in Tosefta, as well (Avoda Zarah 5b), and Rambam determined this as law (Laws of Kings 5:12).

How much more so is this true today in the State of Israel, which is not governed by idol worshippers, and does not chase after Torah scholars to kill them!

Many Religious Zionists have written about the definition of gadlus in Torah. At any rate, I obviously believe that the greatness and authority of Maran HaRav Kook and his disciples is more authoritative than all others. Nevertheless, it is clearly a mitzva to honor talmidei chachamim gedolim, whose fear of sin precedes their wisdom, who educate students, and who author important books.

Rabbi Gaby Lock said...

MARAN HARAV KOOK OPINIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY LOTS OF GEDOLIM OF PAST AND PRESENT
YOU CAN NOT LOOK AWAY FROM THIS FACT

Yaron said...

Gaby, many do agree and disagree with the Chareidim.

The truth is that in his deep foresight, Rabbi Kook perceived the basic shortcomings of the secular Zionist movement. Even before the First World War, Rabbi Kook clearly understood that the secular Zionist movement would lack the moral strength required to deal with the complex difficulties.

True, the secular Zionist movement has great merit for starting to operate politically and settling the land on a large scale, but without a deep connection to holiness, its objectives cannot be achieved.

And indeed, Rabbi Kook was correct. Without the First World War, and even more so, the Second World War and the terrible Holocaust which transpired, the Zionist movement would not have achieved establishing the State.

Rabbi Kook, of course, did not live during the Holocaust; he spoke about the responsibility placed on the generation to advance the Jewish nation towards the establishment of a state, even without a terrible tragedy. Therefore, he warned all who would listen that the national movement must be connected to the sacred, and work diligently for the revival of Israel.

The plea was directed to both the secular Zionists, and also to the hareidi public, who stood-by idly and did not join the immigration and settlement effort.

Had we succeeded in joining the holy and the secular, the Zionist movement would have been able to encourage millions of Jews to make aliyah, and thus, capable of making a significant and compelling claim to the nations of the world, to support the realization of the Jewish people's right to its land.

The Torah was given in order to be fulfilled in the Land, with all its physical realities. There are plenty of angels in the heavens, but G-d chose to give the Torah to Israel to be fulfilled in the Land. For this reason, G-d created the Land of Israel, which although it is physical, is also holy, and within it, it is possible to reveal the Torah. Through the revelation of holiness in the Land of Israel by the nation of Israel, the word of G-d is spread to the entire world. As it is written (Isaiah 2:3): “And many people shall go and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the L-rd, to the house of the G-d of Yacov; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth Torah, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” Anyone who denies the centrality of the Land of Israel denies God and the Torah.

There have been Jews in the Diaspora who wanted to forget the Land of Israel, to stop feeling alien, to be integrated into their surroundings. However, the non-Jews would not allow them to forget the Land of Israel. “Jews to Palestine” they shouted at them. Many Jews in Germany said that if it was only possible to hide the issue of the Land of Israel from the world, salvation would come. The Jewish nation would be accepted amongst the nations and be able to influence them. The Reform movement even removed mention of the Land of Israel from their prayer books at first. After all these efforts – the Holocaust occurred and made Jews realize there is no acceptance to be had.

Gaby, many gedolim disagree with you I'm afraid. You can not dispute that. You disregard what I've written which seems interesting!

I FOLLOW DATI-DELUMI RABBANIM OR DISAGREE WITH SATMAR, GUR, MUNKATCH, BELZ ETC. TORAH and ZIONISM DO GO together and are mutually interlinked we believe.

THERE ARE MANY resources that DISPUTE what you SAY about Moshiach redeeming it - we ARE HERE TO DO ACTIONS AND HASHEM DOES THE REST - ACTIONS, NOT RELY ON MIRACLES.

Those of us who studied with Rav Tzvi Yehuda [Kook] and heard his comments regarding Agudas Yisrael realize they don’t have Rav Kook’s seforim. They exclude his seforim and their reference to him and us is ugly, and their Knesset representatives wipe us out all the time. Could it be that the tzibur that studies ‘Orot’, Rav Kook’s Torah, and follows his path will vote for the very same people who mock us and walk a different path than Rav Kook, a path Rav Kook was very critical of.

Many Charedim have isolation and disengagement from TORAH and the unwillingness of the Agudas Yisrael community to acknowledge the אתחלתא דגאולה, citing Rav Tzvi Yehuda would raise his voice when addressing this issue. He spoke of the need to relate to “achdus Yisrael” and breaking barriers, not the opposite. To vote for chareidim is to walk in a completely different direction from the one we are on all the time. This is not the way of Rav Tzvi Yehuda.

I never spoke negatively about a talmid chacham who is not part of our tzibur for our chinuch stresses Derech Eretz towards talmidei chachamim and there are many in the Agudas Yisrael community and we may admire their greatness in Torah.

Nevertheless, we have chosen our way, that of Maran Rav Kook and we must understand the difference between קודש לבין קודש קודשים.”
